These terms apply when you buy tickets for Beni's Balls Out Bingo, a ticketed live entertainment event operated by 4JAKS in Benidorm, Spain.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ballsoutbingo.net, submitting a ticket request, or attending Beni's Balls Out Bingo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase tickets.

2. Who we are

Beni's Balls Out Bingo is operated by 4JAKS, a registered business operating in accordance with Spanish commercial law.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean 4JAKS. "Beni's Balls Out Bingo", "the show" and "the event" mean our ticketed bingo-style live entertainment experience.

General terms for 4JAKS services are published at 4jaks.net/terms. Where both apply, these event-specific terms take priority for ticket sales and attendance at Beni's Balls Out Bingo.

3. What you are buying

You are buying tickets to attend a scheduled live entertainment event. You are not hiring us to perform at your venue, private party or event. We do not provide private hire through this website.

Beni's Balls Out Bingo runs on set dates at entertainment venues chosen by 4JAKS. The venue name and address for your date will be confirmed in your booking email. We may change venue where necessary (for example capacity, licensing or operational reasons). If that happens, we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible.

Your ticket package may include admission, allocated seating or standing entry, and any inclusions stated on the booking page or in your confirmation (for example a free bar window or travel add-on). Package details are shown before you submit your request.

4. Entertainment only: not gambling

Beni's Balls Out Bingo is live hosted entertainment only. We are not a gambling operator, betting intermediary, lottery or gaming company within the meaning of Spanish gambling regulation (including Law 13/2011 on gambling regulation and subsequent amendments).

The show presents a bingo-style game as theatrical, comedic and interactive entertainment. Participation is for amusement. We do not:

  • Accept stakes, wagers or entry fees on behalf of players for prize pools;
  • Offer, administer or pay cash prizes, electronic money, or vouchers redeemable for cash;
  • Guarantee any prize, winner or outcome;
  • Operate gaming machines or online gambling systems.

Any novelty rewards mentioned during the show are for fun only and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 4JAKS. We accept no responsibility for prizes or promotions run independently by a venue or third party.

5. Ticket requests and confirmation

Submissions through our website are ticket requests, not confirmed orders, until we approve them and send written confirmation by email (or WhatsApp where used). A booking is confirmed only when we confirm availability, your package, date, total price and venue details.

We may refuse or cancel a request if a date is full, details are incomplete, we suspect fraud, or the request breaches these terms. If we cannot confirm your tickets, we will tell you as soon as we can.

6. Prices, payment and VAT

Prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Unless we say otherwise on your confirmation, prices include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA).

Payment instructions are sent after your tickets are approved. Your places are not guaranteed until any required deposit or full payment is received by us, as stated on your confirmation.

7. Cancellations, changes and refunds

If you cancel or change your tickets:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: full refund;
  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before: 50% refund;
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before: no refund;
  • No-shows: no refund.

Changes to guest numbers or package must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We may charge a modification fee.

If we cancel or change the event: If we must cancel or materially change your date (including venue closure, performer illness or force majeure), we will offer rescheduling to another available date or a refund of amounts paid for the affected tickets, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation unless required by mandatory consumer law.

8. Age restrictions

In accordance with Spanish law:

  • The person purchasing tickets must be 18 years or older;
  • You must be 18 or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages;
  • Under-18s may be permitted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to venue rules;
  • Adults are responsible for supervising any minors in their group.

We and venue staff may request valid photographic ID. Anyone unable to provide valid ID may be refused alcohol service. Unaccompanied minors may be refused entry at management's discretion. The show may include adult humour and innuendo.

9. Arrival, schedule and entry

Event timings (including free bar windows and show start time) are published on the booking page and in your confirmation. We recommend arriving early. Bingo starts at the advertised time and we aim to begin promptly.

Late arrival may mean missed content. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks and these terms. We may refuse entry without refund if you are intoxicated, abusive, carrying prohibited items or otherwise unfit to attend.

10. Customer conduct

You and your group must:

  • Behave in a respectful and lawful manner;
  • Not engage in violence, harassment or discriminatory behaviour;
  • Follow instructions from 4JAKS staff and venue staff;
  • Not bring outside food or drink where venue rules prohibit it;
  • Comply with venue licensing, health and safety rules and local regulations.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who breaches these terms, without refund where their conduct caused the removal.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4JAKS shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal property, injuries not caused by our negligence, consequences of intoxication or irresponsible behaviour, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability arising from your ticket purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific event in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights of consumers under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Spanish consumer protection) where you purchase as a consumer.

12. Intellectual property

Beni's Balls Out Bingo branding, show format, software, visuals, audio and materials are owned by 4JAKS or our licensors. Unauthorised copying, recording for commercial use, or exploitation is prohibited. Personal phone footage may be permitted unless we or the venue say otherwise on the night.

13. Personal data

We process your contact and booking details to manage ticket requests, confirmations, payments and attendance, based on pre-contractual steps and performance of our contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact info@ballsoutbingo.net. You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). We do not sell personal data.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, public health emergencies, power failure, venue closure or industrial action. In such cases we will offer rescheduling or a refund as set out above.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new ticket requests from the published date. Confirmed tickets are governed by the terms in force when your booking was confirmed, unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires otherwise.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Benidorm, Spain, or the courts of your domicile where you qualify as a consumer under Spanish and EU consumer protection law.
